FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final Grand Prix Photo Gallery

The first day of competition, featuring the Grand Prix, took place today for the 2023 FEI Dressage World Cup™ Final presented by Havensafe Farm. With Dinja van Liere’s late scratch of Hermes N.O.P., fifteen horses competed for the top spot at the CHI Health Center Omaha.

Germany dominated the Grand Prix with a one-two finish. Defending champion Jessica Von Bredow-Werndl and TSF Dalera BB, owned by Beatrice A. Buerchier-Keller, claiming victory with a 79.922 percent. Isabell Werth and DSP Quantaz, owned by Madeleine Winter-Schulze and Victoria Max-Theurer, finished second with a score of 77.485. Denmark’s Nanna Skodborg Merrald and Blue Hors Zepter, owned by Blue Hors Aps, was third with 76.165. Steffen Peters was the highest finishing American in fifth place after scoring 76.165. He was aboard Akiko Yamazaki’s and Four Winds Farm’s Suppenkasper. Americans AnnA Buffini and FRH Davinia La Douce came in ninth, and Alice Tarjan with Serenade MF finished fifteenth. All riders will advance to the Grand Prix Freestyle to Music on Friday, April 7.
