A good warm up

One way to have more fun and warm up with your horse is to make sure you stretch. Here Ron on his horse demonstrates a great stretch by reaching back and opening up the shoulder angles and loosening the arms, lower back and abdominal muscles. This will help set you up for a more relaxed ride. It is a great way to get your horse used to you moving around and crossing the plane of vision while on their back. Let me know how this stretch works for you and what kind of stretches you enjoy.
