Dressage Solutions: Feel More Stable on Your Horse

Try this tip from Hilary Moore Hebert

To feel more stable on your horse…

and maintain flexibility in your joints. Find your own balance so your
horse’s movements, like the waves that tumble in and roll back out, do
not knock you over.
