In the trot, his best gait, Chrissa is asking for more bounce, showing more expression in the shoulder in and mediums. She works on keeping him in the same contact from in the trot canter transition and then rides transitions within the gait. When doing the changes she makes sure the contact doesn't change, and then stretches him the canter, asking for him to come back to her using her seat rather than the reins.
