What you do with a pole on the ground is the same as what you do with a jump. Buck has the riders do a gymnastic line with a small cross rail and ground poles. He stresses planning where the rider wants to go and to focus on the landing more than the takeoff. The gymnastic is good for anyone from beginner novice to international level.
