Nicholas has her do the rubber band exercise which involves transitions within the canter on a circle.  They next work on the canter serpentine with no change of lead, and Nicholas gives her an exercise to increase his suppleness in the canter.  They ride the counter canter to a single change.  They show an excellent example of bending through the body in the canter.  Nicholas helps her with the positioning of the horse in the change.
