In this new video on DT OnDemand, Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel works with a rider on engaging the hind-end as well as asking for a quiet and relaxed tempo. She has the rider use circles and serpentines to get the mare to use her hind end evenly as well as work with a longer neck for relaxation and overall lightness.
