Dressage Solutions: Keep Your Head Up and Your Body Aligned

Try this tip from Stephany Fish.

To keep your head up and your body aligned …

Imagine your horse’s ears are the windshield of your
car. Make sure you are looking out the windshield as
you would when you are driving. Remember, you can’t drive
down the road looking out the passenger’s or driver’s
side window. —Stephany Fish
