Aviva and Stephany chat about their latest wins, losses and learning opportunities, and Aviva answers an Ask the L question about how to best use your time outside the arena—before and after the bell has rung.

In this episode of the Dressage Today Podcast, Aviva and Stephany catch up on their respective dressage lives and talk about their latest wins, losses and learning opportunities. Stephany discusses her experience at the USDF Regional Championships, and Aviva shares some exciting news about traveling to Israel.

In addition to these big moments, Stephany talks about her two latest articles for Dressage Today and Practical Horseman: 7 Dressage Position Fixes and Dressage in the Wild: Maintain Control—and Your Cool—on the Trail.

Plus, in our Ask the L, Aviva provides her thoughts on a question about how to best use your time outside the arena—both before and after the bell has rung. She offers great tips on what’s OK, what should be avoided and what to do if your horse has a “moment” as you’re about to enter the show ring.

Since the year is speeding by, we thought it would be nice to simply stop and appreciate our time together, sharing with our listeners. As always, if you enjoy our podcasts, please like and share them on social media!
