Training Buzz: Managing a Young Horse’s Big Trot

This week, we again hear from Grand Prix trainer and competitor Lauren Sprieser. She talks about how to compress a young horse’s big trot without using a lot of rider strength. If you have a horse that likes to use his under neck and chest, Lauren explains how to encourage the horse to carry himself while asking him to go forward and come back in the trot.
