Dressage Solutions: Stabilize Your Upper Body

Try this tip from Sandy Rabinowitz

To help stabilize your upper body… Imagine it as a pillow-shaped Mylar balloon. Lighter than air, it always floats straight up as you breathe deeply into it. Sandy Rabinowitz, longtime illustrator for Dressage Today’s “Solutions” column, has ridden dressage for much of her life. As a visual learner, she tries the concepts that she illustrates for the magazine and often thinks of her own images, including this one.
