Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel—Focus on Training Level Basics

Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel works with a rider to fine tune straight lines, serpentines and bend required for training level.

In this video, Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel works with a rider and her draft-type horse on fine tuning the basics of training level. She focuses on straight lines, bending through the circle and changing the bend in the serpentine. They work on keeping the horse balanced and off the forehand as the horse sometimes trips when he gets heavy. The improved balance causes the horse to be softer, rounder with a longer stride that hits the ground more softly.
