Training Buzz: Susanne von Dietze Leads an Unmounted Warm-up

This week’s Training Buzz is with Susanne von Dietze who was born in Germany and currently resides in Israel. She is a leader in equestrian biomechanics. An author, physiotherapist, licensed Trainer A instructor and judge for dressage and show jumping, she gives lectures and seminars throughout the world. Von Dietze is a long-time columnist first for Dressage Today and now for Practical Horseman. In this segment, she leads us through unmounted exercises to warm up the legs and hips before riding.
