Warm Up with a Grade IV Para Dressage Rider

As the pair warms up, Adrienne reminds the rider to always be looking up and stretching tall with her upper body. The rider should have an idea of the tempo, establish it in the warmup and make sure the horse maintains it himself. It should be very clear when the aid goes on and the aid comes off, which is the horse’s reward for doing it right.
