Jen Mellace: Day 21

Today’s tip offers exercises on maintaining your posture from Heather Sansom. This is just what I need. While I ride three to four times a week, I still spend a lot of time sitting at a desk where my posture is less than perfect. I need to make a conscious effort to change this, and Heather’s exercises can help. The best thing is that they can be done just about anywhere. Be sure to check out Heather’s monthly articles at equisearch.com/horses_riding_training/rider-fitness/ or equifitt.com. She offers great advice on how to keep fit and ready to ride.
